 BG-BASE is developed and supported from two international centers, one in the US and the other in the UK.

Post Installation Support

BG-BASE comes with 90 days of post-installation support. After that time, support is offered to users with a current Support Agreement. Such users are encouraged to contact us via email to discuss any BG-BASE questions or problems they might have. Please provide as much information as possible!


Support Agreements

 Annual Support Agreements are available for purchase, which provide users with unlimited support via telephone, fax, or email. We do not currently offer per-incident support. Email us for Support Agreement pricing and additional information.
